Hmm, good question. I don't know for sure, but I would be careful. The part you eat are those seedy things with the crunchy stuff inside them, which seems to me like it would be insoluble fiber. That doesn't mean don't eat it though. Maybe eat some bread or rice first and give it a try! And let us know...

i actually don't eat the seeds (unless i'm feeling lazy and swallow them like watermellon seeds), just the fleshy part around each seed. this was all before ibs, though, and i think they might be acidic. what you're eating if you don't eat the seeds is juice and the little bit of covering around each piece, which is probably IF.

I have wondered about them too- even the POM 100% juice- I wonder if that is ok???
