Pasta and Bananas

Does anybody have problems with ibs c when pasta is eaten? I'm trying to become stablished so am eating just sf at the moment but its not helping. i also have a banana daily and wonder whether this is making symptoms worse (having read the recent posts). I will stop and see whether it helps.
Would appreciate some feedback on the pasta?

I have heard that bananas are easily digested for us with IBS-C..but can cause constipation  anyone heard that or have that happen?
as for the pasta- make sure its not whole wheat- generally plain pasta with!

Thanks.. will definitely try elimiating the bananas for a while. and check about the pasta, but i'm sure its not whole wheat.

You can only eat JUST SF for 3 days with C, okay? Any more than that and you'll get worse from lack of IF. Try adding some safe IF in now.
