I don't know if I've had the flu or what, but eek.......sorry if this is graphic....
I've had the WORST diarrhea the past two days. I've taken pepto-bismul and it doesnt work. Is there anything I can eat that can help make it more normal? I haven't been in hurrendous pain or anything..........I'm just sick of having to run to the restroom.........

Wow, I don't know what to tell you....I have diarrhea too but when I take 2 Imodium and 2 Pepto, it pretty much eases it for about 24 hours or so.......I also just eat rice or plain toast when I have a diarrhea flare up. I try not to eat any Insoluble Fiber.

YOu might if the Imodium is not working.....maybe you should take come activated charcoal and get it out of your system. Oh yea, take some of that. Just don't take it everyday or it will deplete vital nutrients. But, it is a good sponge for bugs and gas, temporarily. It's awesome for stomach viruses and food poisioning.....I might take some of that, too, just to get this gas out for the night. My husband lives by it. He uses it more than he should but every time he has problems of any kind with his digestive system he takes the charcoal and poof, he's all better. But, he doesn't have IBS, either. I have taken it before when I really need to and it does do pretty good.
