Thanks for all the replies. I am actually on BC too and have been for years and this is the very first time I have spotted. It kinda freaks me out about maybe being pregnant or something?! I dont know..its hard to tell because of the IBS and just female problems.lol The DA still seems to be working for me havent had too many problems with the C..I'll keep you updated.

Good! I'm glad that it is still working for you, at least!! I just keep taking it but it doesn't seem to be helping anymore, but I all of stopped taking my soluble fiber for about a week, too, because the nausea was killing me. I was too scared to take the SFS...but, the nausea has been better this week so I'm back on my SFS, but I did get nauseous tonight.....I hope it doesn't continue to be like this!!!

Oh no, no birth control here, but no way I'm pregnant either, without a miracle! No hormones, no bcps...I've been on both in the past & they weren't pleasant experiences for me!

Oh, I hate feeling like that! I can eat dinner & feel full & bloated after eating just a few bites...then 20 minutes later I'm starving again! I've found alot of times in the evening when I start feeling nauseous, if I force myself to eat some saltines, I'll start feeling better. I don't know why, or what it is, but if it works...

I am feeling like crap. Since I have been taking the DA (which seems to work) I am always hungry. I am so lightheaded today from it and slept all afternoon. This happened last week, too. I think I am starting to digest my food faster than I have in a long time. Looks like I am going to have to call the Millis House of Pizza, because breakfast isn't for 13 more hours. UGH!!!!

I have never noticed these symptoms before.....I have been taking the DA for about a month and a half. It doesn't seem like it's doing anything for me at all........I don't notice any changes in me or my digestive habits. I guess maybe it's not for me.
