I'm pretty stable these days, but when the IBS attack fairy visits, it's D. Here's some of what I've been known to eat that's safe: Rice with SmartBalance Lite or soy sauce Natural applesauce w/ or without cinnamon added Carrots, raw or cooked Green beans, frozen or fresh (one of the few IF veggies I've met that doesn't hate me even a little bit) Lean ground turkey Bananas Canned peaches Canned pears (I get Delmonte Lite) Soy milk (8th Continent or Silk) Galaxy soy cheese slices, but not the yucky cheddar flavor Honestly, I don't get much at the health food store. Granted, I now live in a city with a FABULOUS grocery store, but even when I lived in a tiny town in Iowa, they carried Silk & some Galaxy stuff. Heck, I was in a small town-grocery in Michigan last week and was pleased to see they had Silk, too.
Pasta sauces...I'm still working on that one since cooked tomatoes don't like me. Sorry.

Hey thanks so much for your suggestions. Bananas are the only safe fruit I have found and sometimes they still cause me to have an attack. I have yet to try ground turkey.. do you like make turkey burgers out it?
I made the mistake of eating a peach today.. NOT a good idea. I did wait and eat it after a safe meal and it still went straight through me and took everything else in my stomach with it. AUGH.. I was craving one though.
Thanks Again, Cindyg
