I can't eat a plain baked potato. I don't even eat them at home because I can't stand them NOT loaded up with butter and sour cream, hehe. Fast food, I find, a huge problem--it's rather insulting to my gut! I avoid it at all costs. I'm usually fine with Thai fast food/soups/sushi and Asian. I can handle fast food soups, but only if I just eat the broth part. MSG goes through you pretty fast. The guts of the soup, though, I dump... Kate. I'm scared to death of McD, Burger King, etc....BUT, I do find with Taco Bell - if I get a soft taco with chicken and no cheese.
