I tried the recipe for rice pudding that heather list's in her book. I don't think it turned out nearly as good as it was supose too. Too much water when I cooked the rice. But it is still quite good none the less. Very stabilizing. I highly recommend it!

I love it too, but it is difficult to make and something I want when I feel yucky and no one is going to make it for me! You have to follow that recipe exactly for it to turn out. It is one of those touchy kind of recipes. Although sometimes I substitute vanilla and cinnamon for the lemon.
