Thanks, Cindy. That's actually what I'm planning on doing. The cal/mag supplement I was taking before the fibro supplement. I hadn't (at the time) wanted to take a straight cal supplement because I was tending towards A. But definitely think I need one now!

No more cal/mag supplement for me. Going to get a straight calcium one to help counteract the magnesium in the fibro stuff.

Thanks so much. Now maybe I can go back to eating not just SF food. It was getting rather boring and frustrating.

I hope that this solves the mystery re: D cause. Please advise if your D stops.

My supplement has only 200mg Magnesium...with 400mg Calcium too. I'd try and keep to about that balance IMO - it works great for me and I'm A too.

One mystery solved! Hope the Fibro meds really help you...and horray for being able to take them!

I know this is the answer...limiting the M and increasing the C!

I have taken magnesium pills too and when I read that on the ingredients that was the one I thought would be the culprit too. That gave me problems also. If I remember right it has something to do with water and I think it adds more water to the bowels and who needs more water when you're already a faucet? I can't remember for sure if that was it, but that's what I faintly recall.
