I just got back from a Health Food store and bought a can of Teecino-herbal coffee alternative - Original flavour (can hardly wait to try it tonight after dinner) and Jennies Coconut Macaroons (gluten free, lactose free and sulfite free). If you love coconut, these are delicious! The ingredients are unsweetened sulfite free coconut, egg white and honey!

...is really good stuff, but I actually like the Original flavor the least out of all of them. The Mocha is HEAVENLY. You'll probably not want to make it as strong as the package indicates - I end up using 2 very heaping tablespoons for a pot of 8-10 cups.

Go easy on the macaroons - I know they're heavenly, but coconut is pretty high in fat, which is an IBS trigger. After a good SF-loaded low-fat meal, you should be ok with them if you eat them sparingly.

Teecinno contains inulin which can cause gas and bloat. See that info in this section of Heather's info on fiber supplements. web page Hopefully it won't be a problem, but if you have had this experience before, you might want to start off with a small cup.

also, not to burst your bubble too much. but I think coconut is an insoluble fiber, so be careful with it also.

I was addicted to Jennies coconut macaroons awhile back. I think I made myself sick of them lol. They are yummy.

I have to agree about the Teecino original. Don't judge them all from that one! The chocolate mint, hazelnut, and amaretto are yummy!

Yep - non-coffee coffee. There are some threads on this subject. Just search for Teeccino or Rocamojo.

I personally like Rocamojo better (it's soy based instead of carob based) -make sure you get the decaf, but I might just have to try the hazelnut Teechino, now that I know about it!
