I don't know how I cope. I have a 6 year old and (almost) 3 year old twins and NONE of them EVER stop. It's go go go full steam ahead from 6:30am until 9pm (for the eldest, 7:30 for the other 2). I'm not a C, I'm an A who tends a lot more towards D (the only time I really get C is when I'm on meds that make me that way). I can't really offer any advice, I don't get a break from my kids either, I can offer HEAPS of empathy though, I know EXACTLY how you feel. (((HUGS))) hope you feel a bit better soon.

sick woman in crazy house Believe me I don't really cope. I try and I guess that's about all I can do. My life is total chaos. It's no surprise I'm sick. I'm always completely stessed out. That being said one is plenty enough to cope with and I had plenty of stress when I just had my eldest. I'm on so many supplements to try and feel better I feel like a pill popping lunatic I've tried every diet imaginable with no relief and I'd do anything to just have a "normal" day without having to worry about IBS on top of all the other stuff. Hang in there. Kids do get easier as they get older (hooray for school ) and I believe my health will get better when they get a bit older and my stress eases up a bit. I'm sure it will be the same for you!
PS. Skinny bird with big belly sounds like me too
