Ditto for me. I can't stomach/tolerate a vitamin pill without an attack. There isn't a single sfs I can tolerate either!!!
I go for B12 shots. I can tolerate liquid vitamins/minerals, but NOT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

Like Belinda, the best cure and preventative measure is GOOD NUTRITION, eating your vitamins and minerals. Nothing beats
(NO)Chicken soup for a cold with lots of organic parsley, carrots/celery/fennel etc. et cetera!!!

What everyone else said plus I'd just add that Echinacea is really good for warding off colds because it helps stregthen the immune system. You can buy it as a pill (which contains just ground up herb, usually) and I've never had any IBS-type problems with it at all. If you do though, you can also buy it as an herbal tea.
