I eat the low fat graham crackers all the time for a snack.

When I was a kid, I'd used to dip them in milk. Yummy. I haven't tried it, but I don't think it will be the same with soy milk.

I live on grahm crackers for breakfast in the morning when I am at work. I have a hard time eating in the morning at first and then I find snacking on them help with keeping my stomach full. Make sure whatever brand you buy doesn't contain milk. Some do!

I'm suspicious of them. If you do a Search on graham crackers on the Diet Board, I've done a couple of posts about them.

I do okay with the 100 calorie packs from Nabisco. Haven't tried regular ones yet, though.

I can not find low-fat plain graham crackers anywhere! The only ones that I find in LF are the cinnamon, and the honey. Are either of these ok? Or you eating LF plain graham crackers? If so, what brand?

Thanks

The Keebler Original Grahams graham crackers are on the Safe foods by Brand name list. I eat these but also recently tried Nabisco Honey Grahms (plain version)and I believe they actually have less fat per serving if I remember correctly. I haven't tried any low fat ones.

Technically, I don't think I can truly say what "bothers" me, cause if it weren't for meds I'd have D every day. But, graham crackers have never made me noticeably worse (though they didn't make me better, either). I ate them for about two weeks straight one time and didn't have any more trouble than normal. But, then I realized they had HFCS and stopped eating them. I don't think that HFCS bothers me, but I'm cutting it out anyway until I get stable. So maybe like when I am 95 or something I can finally eat HFCS again.

I haven't tried the ones w/o HFCS, cause they are the expensive brand-name ones, and I would rather die than pay $3 for a box of graham crackers. Highway robbery!
