Did you let it dissolve enough? I have to let mine sit for a bit (like 5 minutes or so) for it to dissolve completely. I just put mine in my 32 oz Nalgene bottle, and fill it with water and drink throughout the day.

Do you drink rice or soy milk? I know some people mix theirs in that, or in applesauce, oatmeal, or some other soft food.

As long as it's got some liquid it's fine. I use soy milk, oatmeal, pasta sauce, applesauce, soy desserts, herbal tea....

I think it is gross in plain water too. I put my morning dose in hot cereal such as malto meal or oatmeal and my evening dose goes in fennel/peppermint tea. I have the tea every night at dinner to help with bloating and the fennel is an appetite suppresant. The acacia definitely mixes in with cold liquid better and it helps to let it sit for 5 minutes. It is okay in soy milk but still a little gloppy and foamy IMO.

After I found out it didn't mix well with hot liquids I started mixing it in about 2T of applesauce twice a day.
