Please do a search for zelnorm on all of the boards with no time limits. It has been discussed a lot. Hope that helps.

Have you started zelnorm yet? I am wondering if after some time on it, it can actually cause worse constipation. Not just not work, but actually have the opposite effect it is suppose to have.

I was prescribed Zelnorm, but haven't taken it. My doctor told me that if I start, once I stop, I can go back to baseline, or get even worse.

I take Miralax daily & then take a small dose of Zelnorm only as needed (which isn't very often-- maybe a few times a month).

It works well for me that way. When I tried taking Zelnorm daily instead of Miralax, it didn't work as well for me.

I don't think it helps...at least not noticably. But if I stop I may become worse than when I first went on it?

I wish I had known this before I started taking it 8 or 9 months ago...or longer!

I take miralax. Zelnorm didn't do a thing for me.
