I cannot find soy creamcheese in the grocery stores here in rich.vanouver. I end of buying the regular cream cheese.

Dairy is such a huge trigger. If you can't get the soy cream cheese I would just go without cream cheese.

If you're in Vancouver, there's a company Okanagan Cheese Company (okcheese.com). Their soy cheddar and mozzarella are OK. Why don't you try melting that in the toaster oven over your bagel or whatever else you use cream cheese for? It's not all that bad once you get used to it. They also have a great soy feta that I love too. Hope this helps. It sucks that us Canadians have less choice. I find it so frustrating sometimes.
