I have had severe severe allergies for 4 days now. Now it's just super congestion and a bit of a sore throat, but I was literally sneezing every 5 seconds for 2 full days.

Anyhow, eating right was put on the sidelines and I feel like crap now. Oy.

Take peppermint capsules and tea!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

It took me a while to buy her stuff, but then I was completely sold on it. I would buy it in place of food if I had to choose one. I hadn't used the pep caps often but they work so well on cramps/spasms. The acacia is the best SFS ever and her tea is way stronger than any other tea. And it is cheaper than Trad. Medicinals.

It's amazing how easily you can adapt to a D attack, especially when you have IBS-D. It becomes a program, or a routine...automatic pilot. I just roll with the punches. It almost becomes no big deal, or kind of standard.

Have a great Summer Shannon!
