I don't know who suggested the yogi teas here, but thanks! I placed an order Monday, and it got here today! I really did NOT like the ginger tea I tried before. While I can still taste the ginger in this tea, it's easier to handle cause of the other flavors in it. (This tea has ginger, peppermint, fennel & more...covers all the tummy bases! LOL) Now, if I can just get rid of the reflux that's been coming back the last few days. I know, the peppermint's bad for that! Just can't win.

I adore this tea. I even throw an extra fennel bag in there because it covers up the taste and really helps my bloating!
Yay for Yogi Stomach Ease!

I LOVE this stuff too! I use it when I need a quick cup with fennel and don't want to mess with my tea ball and the fennel seeds. great alternative with good flavor.

Yeah I love this tea. My brother actually met Yogi Bhajan, the sikh guy on the box!

I used to drink this stuff all the time, when I was first getting the IBS under control. I actually hate the flavor (fennel just isn't my thing) but I would add another peppermint teabag into it and it covered up the taste. After a while I got used to the flavor of it alone, and carried the bags with me everywhere. I don't know why I stopped; I guess I just felt better. I'll have to go buy some to stash in my desk. Glad they are helping you too!
