Hi Kemi,
Im sorry to hear about your difficult times right now. My suggestion/advice would be to seek out a counselor who specializes in eating disorders. To do this, go to your primary care doctor and ask for them to refer you to an eating disorder specialist (psychologist or psychiatrist). Also, if you have health insurance, you can go to your health insurance website and look up different doctors who accept your health insurance (e.g., look for behavioral health w/specialty in eating disorders).

I hope this is helpful!

You take care,
Kristen

Oh, sweetheart, you need to see a DR ASAP. Eating disorders are hard to treat and need to be treated ASAP. Make an appointment ASAP, OK? I know how hard it is. When I was diagnosed with IBS, I dropped 20 lbs. It's really hard. You need help with this. Follow Heather's diet. Also, never go more than 2 hours without eating. Even if it's just a teeny amount. Eat constantly - just small amounts - never let your stomach get empty. It helps the IBS so much. Force yourself to eat if you must - I know - I have to all the time - I'm so nauseous I NEVER want to eat - I have to force myself to too - just try small amounts. And try frequently. Every hour or two. Let us know how it goes. I expect a report. I want to know how you're doing. Hugs, Alicia.
