I've seen a lot of posts on Zelnorm which is funny b/c I have been thinking of trying it again. I was on it back in Oct. with no response. I had a refill and thought I would try again. The results have been TERRIBLE. My BM have been Ok but around 3 I get the worst abdominal cramps ever and thye last all day. I'm just sharing for all of you out there who are thinking of taking it. On the info. in the box it says to stop immed. if you get new or worse pain so I've decided today that I'm done! Oh well I tried I was really hoping it would work!

Hi there,

I also tried Zelnorm, and had little success. I would like to try it again, but from what I'm not sure how long I have to wait since my last perscription since we can only take it for 12 weeks at a time... any idea?
