Hi,
In your book you write that Angel cake is safe. Why? Is it the usual cake I know half chocolate half vannila or is it a different recipe?

It's angel FOOD cake (all white) that is safe. But be sure to read the boxes carefully, some have dairy in them. But mostly they're trigger free and low in fat (but not calories  )!
