Do you get more C? I'm just wondering if I should cut soy milk from my diet. I occasionally feel a little tummy discomfort after drinking a glass of soy milk, but generally I don't have any noticeable side effects. I'm always C, so it's hard to say if soy's a trigger. I generally don't have ill side effects with regular (cow) milk, either, though. I get horrible cramps and spasms, wheezy and itchy, asthma attacks and vomit or experience nausea, indigestion. It also makes me feel really unbearabley gassy and bloated and spacey. I guess "unable to focus, concentrate, like I consumed a drug unknowingly or something rubbery/glue-like, or inhaled something (i.e. a cleaning solution), disordered, confused, warped, zoned--not demented or anything grandiose, but just plain weirded out for no apparent reason, sort of like an absence seizure. My whole breathing/respiratory system reacts negatively when I consume soy and I get wheezy so the spaciness could be a neurological response to that.
