Thanks for all the replies! I will try out some of those drinks to mix it up in. I will also try to mix it in a smoothie..that is a really good idea. I personally have been taking Miralax two to three times a day and I also take Zelnorm twice a day, you would think I would go everyday but I havent been getting that lucky yet.

I have been using Miralax since October and started taking it twice per day the last couple months and introduced Zelnorm about 2 weeks ago. It gives me D...but I don't even care at this point! I've been going now really good, I just hope it lasts. Make sure you take it on an empty stomach, it works much better...for both. I would like to slowly add some fiber back in so I can bulk my stool up a bit.
