Sorry I don't have your name to refer to. You should not let anyone tell you what to eat and what not to eat. I have learned from personal experience that only you know your system and how it reacts. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY has a right to deny you that and food choices you are comfortable with. I am so sorry your parents don't understand this and be supportive for you.
