Psyllium capsules

I noticed yesterday at our supermarket (Coles, Australia) that you can get psyllium in capsule form. Has anyone tried these? I have IBS-C & currently use Metamucil (although I have tried Benefiber too a couple of days this week & will try again once this episode has stabilised - I don't like trying new things in the middle of a bad week - it's just unscientific!) Any advice/experiences with the capsules would be appreciated.

I haven't tried the Metamucil, I use the Citracel and most days it does ok, but does it take you 3-4 days to get over an episode? I am athletic too. Sounds like we suffer the same.

We just got Metamucil here in capsule form too. I bought a bottle, and I have found that so far I experience less gas than when I consumed the wafers.
