I have read some posts where others have experiences the same thing. I take miralax on a regular basis but have Zelnorm on hand for just when I need it kinda thing. Give your body a break from it for a couple of weeks and than you could try it again. This happens to a lot of people thats why I prefer the miralax, you don't build up a tolerance to it and its been around a lot longer and no one has ever died from miralax! -------------------- Taking it one day at a time..... The C was intolerable which is what promted me to try the Zelnorm again. Now, it seems to stop working after just a few days though. -------------------- Taking it one day at a time..... If I have a bad bout of C and a second dose of miralax doesn't clear it up, I'll take a zelnorm. If I get into a bad pain bout, than I'll usually take them for a week or so than stop.
