Can someone recomend a particular brand of Digestive enzyme? The one I have been taking for almost a year, does not seem to be making any difference. I need to take one because someone took my Gallbladder.
Thanks!

I take Natrol Digest Support. It has all kinds of good stuff in it -- no bad stuff and has worked wonders for me.

Here is a link that tells about it (be aware that the bottle you get doesn't look like this -- but it is the right stuff)

Well hi there Leslie..we've missed you....was hoping to see you at the last Fall Sprawl!!! Any chance you can come this year?

I'm so sorry you had your gallbladder out...(me too, but 13 years ago)...be super careful of fats since you can't process them well now. I take Essential Enzymes by Source Naturals..usually 2 with a meal, along with probiotics..and seem to do just fine with them.
(I still see you have that great sense of humor!!! )

Hi there. I have been taking digestive enzymes for years- for Crohn's disease. I have mostly taken Twin Lab Superzymes and Source naturals enzymes. However, I fear now that i may be getting immune to their effectiveness. Have you heard of this happening? Does anyone have any other brands to recommend? I am especially burdened with gas and need an enzyme that will help with that.

The one I suggested has special anti-gas properties new
