"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Well, I went out and bought a SoyQuick web page machine (the reviews sounded more positive) I have made two batches of milk and love the machine. My milk cost per carton (2 litres) went from $4.00 down to 12 cents ....I think it is well worth the savings!!
