I ordered pizza delivery last night.

I'd been feeling pretty okay for a few days, and I was exhausted, and there was nothing in the house that was quick to make....
So I ordered pizza.
OW. I thought I was going to die.
That was definitely a lesson to me! LOL... It's not like being on a weight loss diet, when if you cheat all that happens is you feel guilty or get fat! I felt worse than I have since I started researching that.
On the other hand, it occurred to me, for a long time I felt like that *every* night -- my hubby actually carried me to the bathroom a couple of times because I couldn't stand up. So the contrast really shows me what kind of progress I've made in a very short time. And I just wanted to thank you folks for that, and Heather.

This post here is some information about what is in different pizzas and crusts.
Definitely w/o cheese though <moment of mourning for the loss of cheese>, but actually I ordered a Pizza Hut 4 for All Pizza last week. I got my "fourth" without cheese, just sauce and veggies. And everyone else had cheese. It was remarkably good--and conviniently portion controlled!
Because I understand--there are definitely nights that are "pizza delivery" kinds of nights...
