Is there any reason this tea should give me a stitch in my side every time I drink it? I handle caffeine okay so it's not that (I know it's supposed to be a trigger but trust me, there's something else...)
China green tea, lindenflowers, pollen, eleuthero, Panax ginseng, natural flavor.
The pollen is the "honey" and I'm wondering if it's the "natural flavor" or if it's the lindenflowers or ginseng, neither of which I know anything about.

Are you sensitive to gluten? Somtimes "natural flavor" can end up being gluten.

Could it be the caffeine/tannins in the green tea? Another factor could be the "natural flavours." Ginseng is an adrenal stimulant.

My left kidnsey has "issues" - I bet the ginseng stimulating it is what is hurting me. I just had platinum coils inserted there so it does not need to be "stimulated" any more than necessary! Weird how all these "herbal" things can have varied effects on body.
(I drink other green tea fine so I know it's not the other things, and I'm not gluten free... thanks though)
