Hi All!

I hope I am not being a pain but I can't wait until my books come to find the answers to my questions.

Anyway today I felt like I was starving all day. Here is what I ate:

Breakfast - Cherrios with Silk Soymilk
Lunch - Bagle with Rasberry Jam (seedless)
Snack - Cherrios with Silk Soymilk
Dinner - Turky and Avacado sandwhich on french bread
Snack - Applesauce

When I type it out it sounds like a lot but I still feel hungry. Any suggestions for what I could add to this.

Thanks for the help!
Sarah

calories matter... you aren't getting enough... and also- I look for at least 6 meals in a day to maintain my own stability- breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and then dinner and a snack or snack and then dinner...

snacks should be at least 200 calories and meals should be more like 400 in most cases, adjust slightly to what makes you comfy and how many calories you need in a day- I actually need more then I get doing that exactly, but normally I have some sort of higher calory food at some point... I just use that as a base to run from so I get my 2200 calories a day or more I need to maintain my weight- if I get more exercise what I eat goes up and exercise includes just housework, walking around, even things I do in a normal workday... my bare minimum for regular activity in a day is about 2200 calories.. but I lead a very active lifestyle right now... even with a desk job- so it works for me... and my metabolism is higher because I do a lot of aerobic exercise....
