We recently bought a condo, that is causing my commute to be a little on the long side, and I am not sure if the humidity or the long ride in the car, or the fact that I am eating dinner much later in the day is causing me to 1) have an upset tummy after dinner-feeling like I ate too much, but plate doesn’t really look like a lot of food and 2) not being able to sleep through the night. We do have central air as well as fans so heat at night is not really an issue, but I just can’t seem to shake my slump. Any suggestions??? Hopefully someone will pose a question that will make me go “Oh yeah, that could be it!”

Not sure, sweeties. IT's likely a combination of everything. I always feel the worst in the evening. What I would suggest is try to eat a little something before you drive home (something VERY safe) to keep your stomach settled, and then keep your supper safe and small. Don't eat anything heavy in the evening or you're asking for trouble. Try if you need to to eat more at lunch. I sometimes find a small snack at bedtime helps. Sometimes it makes it worse. Try a few things and see. Sleep is always an issue. Try not to worry much about it unless it's really starting to slow you down. Like naps?
Hope this helps. I don't think it's the light bulb answer you were looking for.
A move and a longer commute will take some getting used to. Take care.
