I may have missed an update post, but you had had quite the difficulty...are things starting to look up?

And I'm glad you're smiling!

I'm doing fairly well. I had to start going to smoothies, rice milk and soups. I think I'm going to try eating one meal and one snack a day that is solid food. It'll be easier to digest.

I had to up my zelnorm to "go". But the diet is working great and my blood sugar is normal even though I'm eating all carbs. I wouldn't have though the possible but it's working. The onlt think I have to watch for now is to see what affect the diet has on my lipid panel when I get my blood wook done next week.

Oh! and YUM! I found eddbeaters w/ red peppers & herbs for 99 cents. The best eggs I ever ate.

Today I made homemeade chicken stock w/ peas, carrots, mushrooms and TINY pieces of chicken. It was muy bueno! (very good).

Thanks for asking,
Wendy in Oklahoma

it seems that's all my gut can handle. The Zelnorm's helping, and I KNOW what you mean by the carb thing shockingly not killin' us. I worry like mad about blood glucose levels. My mom is diabetic. So far I've been great, so far....but maybe, this just really is what our bodies need. Maybe we're wired differently in that sense.

Either way, i'm so glad you're making headway.
