Has anyone tried this product? It comes in a powdered form and it is mixed with water. It is supposed to be gluten free and dairy free. It costs about $10.00 for a small container. I was looking for a powdered form of dairy substitute to make bread in my breadmaker. Any suggestions would be helpful. I am gluten intolerant so I have to watch what I use to bake with.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Cheryl

When I make bread in the bread machine I just eliminate the small amount of dairy - it does not seem to matter at all!
