I'm new to message boards so bear with me if i'm doing this wrong. I posted earlier about the benefits of yogurt and it's unanimous that it's a no go. Can anyone suggest a soy yogurt that's actually edible?

Well, keep in mind that taste is relative and some brands aren't available nationwide, but I've only tried a couple, and I can't even remember what they are now because they were so awful that I knew I'd never buy them again.

Are you looking for yogurt because you like yogurt, or because you want the benefits of the acidophilus and such that they contain? If *that's* the case, just take a probiotic capsule - get ones that are stored in refrigeration, you can usually find those at a health food store - and skip the nasty-tasting yogurt wannabes. LOL!

I really like the Whole Soy & Co strawberry soy yogurt. The raspberry was pretty good too, but had too many seeds in it for my taste. Unfortunately, it's been so long since I've had "real" yogurt that I can't compare the two!

I like Silk brand soy yogurt, but it did take a little getting used to.

I hear ya all those soy yogurts have been horrible!! I just really miss yogurt, and since this diet is pretty high on carbs i wanted another option for a snack. I feel like i'm running out of foods I can actually eat!! GRRRRRRR

The vanilla and peach are yummy, and even the plain is good if you add something...it has more protein. I buy it at whole foods!
