I have problems with strawberries if I eat too many or if I eat them on an empty stomach. If I toss 4 or 5 into a smoothie, though, I'm okay.

The safest way is to throw them in the blender with 1/2 banana, a cup of strawberries and about 1/3 cup of soy milk and a dash of honey and some ice cubes. Yummy smoothie that makes you forget ice cream exists!

I can eat them as long as I don't over do it! If I tried eating lots of them two days in a row, my tummy would be worse but if I just eat them once in a while, I'm fine! I made some strawberry shortcake the other night for the first time this year and it was so yummy!!!

I started off okay last year when I canned jam but after too many nibbles on fresh picked berries I ended up with D. I was fine with some but not with tons!
