A warning for everyone who eats Quaker rice cakes! I had some to eat and didn't feel as great as I though that I should and I stoped and read the back ingredients which say may contain dairy products!!! Even for the carmel and bbq flavours!!! Who would have thought that? Though plain doesn't say that it contains dairy products. I switched the no name brand (Real Canadian Superstore)and they don't contain dairy products. I also noticed a brand of cocoa called Fry's also say that it may contain dairy products.
