Marija, you have a great attitude!!!! I agree, being curvy isn't necessarily a bad thing, in fact, my hubby preferrs women with a little meat on there bones and to the tooth picks that society portrays as the beautiful people!!

LaneBryant just got in some cute clothes, the are size 14 and up only. I find them to be really good for pants and skirts but their tops are too big on me as I have a very small chest.

You look soo beautiful. I assist my aunt in Wedding PLanning, and I love seeing the brides and how the wedding turns out. It looks like the setting for your wedding was also amazing. I can't wait till I get married. And Maria there is someone out there for you!

Oh, thank you! But I actually have someone and we've been together for about 9 years! It's a great relationship and we love each other dearly (he was my best friend before we became serious), but I've just never been interested in getting married. That's all. Oh! I'm sorry if I came across as a pitiful, lonely girl! LOL. I'm really happy in my relationship. I just meant that even though marriage isn't for me, I enjoy seeing the dresses and the happy couples.

I know Express only goes up to a 12 and The Limited stopped carrying 14's over the summer!!! I guess thats why LB picked up the 14 size!

I got married last October to the man I'd been living with for over 14 years. Like you, he was my best friend and we were very happy, so everyone we know asks "Why?" and all I can say is, "It was time."

Me, too. I lost almost 10 pounds when I first started the diet, then gained most of them back on sweets. On the other hand, it would have been a lot harder for me to give up all the other stuff I used to eat if I hadn't been able to have the sweets. So I tell myself that now that I'm getting used to being on the diet, I'll cut back the sweets and the weight will drop off again. I'm not sure if that's wishful thinking or a positive attitude.

That's true! You never know! Sometimes I think about it... But I'm happy to hear that you've been together so long and you're still happy together. Congratulations!
