I just came across these are the store...... I can't tell if they are baked or fried..... does anyone know if these are ok?

Ingredients: Whole Idaho Potatoes (Potato flour, Flakes, Water and Potato Peel), Brown Rice, Canola Oil, Corn Bran, and Salt. Gluten Free

I think that they are safe as they are low-fat, as long as you don't eat the whole bag in one sitting. Maybe stick to having one serving at a time, and see how that goes. I got sick from them once, not because of them, but because I liked them so much that I ate half the bag whilst walking home from the store. It seems that I need to sit to eat, or else I get sick almost instantly. Good to know!

Also, the corn bran is insoluble fibre, but blended with the soluble fibre potato meal it should be okay, i guess it depends on your personal tolerance levels!

With me it is the amount of fat in a serving. Even if I overdose on Baked Lays I can trigger an attack. But then it seems I am super sensitive to all fats and can't process them too well because if having had my gall bladder removed.
All things in moderation, including chips, might just be a good motto for all of us to follow including those without IBS. Kandee
