Just avoid the sauces and cheese and go easy on the raw veggies.....

Stick with Turkey or Chicken

FYI the tuna is now made with "regular" mayo...

Hi, Kemi!

We haven't "met" yet but I'm an oldtimer around here and have been free of IBS-D attacks for over a year now. One word of caution to what Amie and Shell said, watch the TOTAL calories. Like stick with a half a sub instead of a whole one maybe. Too many calories all at once even of safe food can trigger the gastro colic reflex.

so true- I buy a footlong and eat it in 3 parts.. I ask them to cut it that way... one when I get it and then each of the others later.. but each of us has our own portion limitations..

i'm scared of chicken, but turkey has been ok with me. it's all trial and error though, until you totally get ahold of your body and what it can handle or not!
