Ive been doing ok - I had a bad attack of D on Friday night so Ive been pretty bummed out since then because I have NO IDEA what caused it. No accidental gluten, no new food, so Im going to blame it on stress. I just get soooo frustrated when I get an attack out of nowhere and dont know what caused it. But other than that Im fine. Thank you for asking! How are you doing? I saw that you accidentally ate gluten. I HATE when that happens!
