Does anyone else get a metal taste in their mouth sometimes?? or know what could cause it??? I just notice it every once in a while.

Hi! I think sometimes it may mean a mineral deficiency, like zinc or magnesium, because I once took a "taste test" to see if I had enough zinc. If you tasted metal in the liquid, then you did not have enough. I am not positive abou this though, but thought it could be a possibility.

Another guess...Do you take a multi vitamin? some of them can cause this to happen.

I used to take a multi vitamin, but for whatever reason my GI suggested I stop taking them. And I've been off of them for about 3 months now and still notice it sometimes. Thanks for the input!
