My question is: if the volume increases how many loaf pans would it take, and what is the baking time for loaf pans? Thank you. I probably baked it for the same amount of time the box says to bake a normal angel food cake pan. And I didn't grease the pans. You might have better luck getting more answers if you post this on the Recipe Board.
