missed acacia dosages??

I recently been out of town, so busy that I skipped acacia dosages ( I was up to 1 teasp 2x daily before I left). My question is should I begin with a little lesser dosage now and move my way up again or is it safe to just continue with the 1 teas 2x daily as I was before I went out of town.

how long did it take you to get up to the 2tsp-a-day dose? i just started acacia and am taking 1/2 a tsp 2X a day, but have only been taking it for 2 days. i dont want to increase my dose too quickly but i want some results to dance about!  thanKS!
im sorry i have no helpful information for you reguarding your dose. how long were you gone for? maybe try using a little less, just to be on the safe side. how stable were you? and did you have another SFS with you while you were gone?

I think it depends on how long you missed for. Sometimes if I get a little off track like that, I'll start back on a little less of a dosage, but increase fairly quickly - not as slowly as I first started. But, I also try to use pill supplements (usually fibercon or equalactin) while I'm out of town, so I'm not too off course by the time I get back.
