cottage cheese ok?

so far I seem to be ok with it? can anyone else tolerate this?? or am I just pushing my luck. I have been eating it with bananas which seems ok so far. t hanks!

cottage cheese is dairy.....dairy is generally very bad for IBS. There are always exceptions though.

Hi,
As Kimm and Alicia said, dairy is a no-no, so you probably are pushing your luck, unfortunately. The reason you seem to be okay with it so far could be that there is sometimes a delayed reaction. Some of my triggers don't set me off until one or even two days later. Might want to keep an eye on that to see what's happening.
