Getting some relief from gas

Lately I have been taking 2 Beano before lunch and dinner and 2 phyzame after I finish eating and my gas has greatly improved! Everything gives me gas espeacially since I take Mira-Lax. I have been doing this for one week and I would say my gas has decreased 70-80%. Bloating is still a problem but I don't really think that it is from gas. Only rarely now do I get the bubbly bubbly noisy belly. The severity of the stench   has also improved!  They are a little expensive but I think its worth it!

My doc actually recommended the Beano for me as well and to help with the expense of that luckily i found a generic version of it, and I agree the beano and Phazyme combo has helped greatly!

Phazyme (Ultra Strength, taken as needed) has been my lifesaver!!!!!!!!!!

What is the generic beano you found? Where did you find it?

The generic I found at a local store (Meijer) but I am sure that if you find beano at any store and look around it for a bottle of "food enzyme" that is the generic version
