Cut a lime in half rub it on the back of your neck, under eyes, temples. It helps headaches. My cat licks the lime juice off my face! She cracks me up!I have a severe IBS headache everyday. The lime helps a little. Every second. I get severe pms headaches too!!! The citrus smell can relax you reducing muscle contractions therefore easing ache. The rubbing action may soothe pain in a way similar to acupressure.

i found these peppermint inhaling beads that work great for me! i am also plagued by the headaches, and sometimes you are just not sure which is worse. if you interested i will get the website information to you.

this is the brand i use http://www.aromafloria.com/topten.htm
i found them at yankee candle (their main store in deerfield ma), but there looked like a link to retailers, and if you put a seach in google for that brand i am sure you would be able to find them on line. bought the bottle 2 years ago and its still as strong as when i first opened it
