Hello every one is me Betty, I want to share my happyness with all of you, for the past 2 weeks beside following Heather's diet I also been taken some natural products from Graden of Life and they are called PRIMAL DEFENSE & PERFECT FOOD, some how Im feeling great, tha gas has stoped, as well the constipation some how I became regular after 6 mos. of sufering. I have been taking Primal Defense for about 2 months with great success for Constipation. Actually maybe to good results, I had a very very loose stool today, but who know's maybe I just have a stomach bug. Anyway, I can't get the website to work either, I found the product at my local health food store. I don't take the perfect food, and would love more info on that.
