They're yummy, GF and pretty safe. I'm gonna check tonight how much sugar they have in them. I thought they might be a bit high in IF but I haven't had any problems and I'm supersensitive to IF normally, so they pass the Linz-test! I had a bit of the gurgles yesterday, but that could've been coincidence. I need more IF in my diet anyway, so the mixture of SF and IF in these is good for me!
