After approx 2 months on this diet, combined with an increased sugar/carb intake I am successfully putting the much needed weight back on! I only have a really short way to go to getting my ideal BMI! Its so good to know that the food I am eating is actually being digested!!!! I'm so chuffed!

Its bloomin great....just got to cut back on the excessive carbs and sugar when I've reached my target! The sugar might be a problem though!!

Yeah I was so happy to find fun foods I could eat when I first started this diet I went a bit mad with the ADBs etc  and that certainly didn't help my weight gain!

My first batch were a bit bitter, but the batch I made on Sunday were fantastic! Have to restrict myself to 1/2 one per day, as there were lots of em!

I was jumping around like a fool when I saw that I had!! I have been cheating a little bit, adding more dark choc into my diet and as I say more sugar and carbs, plus protein shakes as well....I guess it all depends on triggers etc, but if you would like to know my diet, I'd be more than happy to share it?? Food diaries are great!! x

I would like to hear your diet - also what kind of protein shakes did you drink? I just started a Gluten free diet so I may not be able to try the same things you did but everything helps!
