Hi,
Can someone please tell me what medication I would require to control the diarrhoea as I am so afraid of going long distance because of this. Jennifer1946

Hi Jennifer,
A lot of people on the boards with IBS-D take immodium on a regular basis which seems to help a lot. Have you tried it?

...although I do recommened Immodium...it's just best if your dose is monitored by a doc when taking anything long-term.

Hi Ibsqrl,
Sorry for the delay in replying. Was caught up with a lot of work. I take Kaoplex whenever I get diarrhoea. This is a suspension which I carry everywhere with me as it is a small bottle but helps. Jennifer
